All you need to place a QuickApp™ order is the applicant’s name and email address.
The top line of Reference, Position/Title, and Proposed Salary are all optional, for your use. We don’t need to know what the proposed salary of the applicant is except for those anticipated to make $75,000 a year or more. In those cases, we may be able to report additional information so we would have to know that to report additional information.
Next to the Phone Number is a check box. If you have written permission from your application to send them text messages, you have the option to check that box and our system will initiate the background questionnaire process via text message.
